Main Responsibilities

We are looking for a person who has already gained some experience in sales, prospecting and client acquisition. However, more than your years of experience, we value your curiosity and eagerness to learn. In addition, we hope to find someone with a strong commitment to collaborative teamwork, managing multiple tasks effectively and staying resilient when reaching out to clients. All this, together with clear and efficient communication skills, both with customers and team members, makes you the perfect addition to our team!

  • Engage with potential customers through personal and timely outreach strategies, including phone calls, emails, messaging, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects (15-20 minutes each) to schedule a one-hour coaching session.
  • Actively participate in the daily activities of the growth team, collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Maintain the sales data in our CRM system.

What is expected from you?

  • 1-2 years experience in sales.
  • Experience in prospecting and client acquisition.
  • Experience in using Pipedrive CRM and/or other similar digital tools.
  • Understanding of and ability to follow different stages of the sales process.
  • Active listening skills and self-reflection.
  • Resilience in cold calling and ability to quickly bounce back from setbacks.
  • Willingness to learn from others, share knowledge, and collaborate with fellow team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain schedules.
  • Curiosity to ask questions, actively seek information, and receptiveness to new ideas and learning opportunities.
  • Clear and efficient communication (both Finnish and English) across various channels, both with customers and team members.

Our recruitment process

A phone call (~15 min)

Saila will call you to explore your background and career interests.  She'll also give you an overview of what working at Laavu is like and answer any questions you have. The aim is to see if we're a good match for each other.

Competence interview
(1 h)

A face-to-face discussion on your motivation and competencies with Saila & Salla at our office in Hakaniemi. In addition to your profile, we encourage you to challenge us with your questions regarding the position and working at Laavu.

Assignment presentation (1.5h)

All remaining applicants are given an assignment which they will present to Saila and Rami. Be prepared to answer questions regarding your assignment, competences and motivation.
