I've lived long enough to notice when my head can no longer keep pace with my feet. Decisions have to be made faster than you can think, and at the end of the day you realise you haven't been properly present all day.
As technology pushes us ever faster, we need a place to stop. A clear, rested mind is what we leaders make our best decisions with. That's why we created Laavu.

Your membership includes
You get your own psychological coach who knows you and the reality of your work, and who helps you pause, structure your thoughts and see what you can't see on your own.
In Hakaniemi there is a place where people know you and greet you at the door. Come for a coaching session, to meet other members or simply to get some work done in peace.
You become part of a community of more than 800 leaders and decision-makers. At our monthly Fireside evenings we pause around one theme together with people who know the same pressure.
Your coaching stays with you between sessions. In the app you see your sessions, jot down your thoughts, talk with your coach and find materials to come back to.
What happens at your first session
You don't need a ready-made problem or the right words. Just come as you are. I listen, ask questions, and together we look at what's weighing on you right now. Many are surprised how much clearer things feel after just one conversation.
